The idea of this book has long been nurtured by our long-term editor Galina Wolf. Readers often wrote and called the editorial office, telling about their terrible despondency. It became clear to us that the problem of fear, depression, anxiety, panic attacks is extremely topical, including for believers. Nevertheless, in churches the problem is usually silenced, and even the ministers often believe that Christians are protected from depression automatically. Already from a preface written by Galina Wolf, it becomes clear what such a view is worth. But how does a Christian defeat the attack, go through a dark period and return joy? Read about it in the book "Non-Christian Disease?

The author - Alexander Savchenko - is a doctor, pastor, doctor of theology, an old friend of Galina Wolf and "The Forgotten Altar".
